"Garbage in, garbage out."
This is a popular computer science expression that has made its way into personal development field.

If you enter bad programming, you'll get an equally bad outcome.
I like and enjoy that expression because it applies in our daily life.
You can't use your all day watching Korean Series and expect to speak or write as someone who has used his/her day reading a book, never!. Its like you plant beans and you expect to harvest bananas. My friend haven't you heard of the saying "As you plant is what you will harvest?"
The information that you feed into your mind is what will in turn come out after sometimes. Garbage in, garbage out.
There are some other people who spend their time just watching gossip on the internet my friend if you're doing so that's garbage in. The garbage out will be just speaking gossip in all your life. You need to change that if you have been doing so.
To make your garbage in fruitful start by reading books, watching motivational videos, reading self development articles, to mention but are few, you will never be the same person as you have been before.
Scientists have found that whenever you brain gets a new knowledge it develops a new cell. What do you think of people who have been feeding there minds with non helpful things, probably they have been killing a cell everyday.
I always tell my friends read books but they say to me "Edius am not obsessed with books." The issue is not to be obsessed with books the real truth is that if you want to be a person you have always wanted to be you *MUST* read books. Remind you i am speaking on non fiction books here. Read books about entrepreneuarialism, personal development, building businesses, religion and successful people .
Remember also to put into practice what your read, because there is a great number of people who read books but they never show any improvement.
Imagine Warren Buffet the third Richest person in the world spends 80% of his time reading books. Bill Gates takes a holiday of one month every year just to read books. Oprah Winfrey is known to have read "Think and Grow Rich" thirteen times before her success.
Stop feeding your mind with non helpful things. Start feeding your mind with things that will help you and change your life.
A student who doesn't study, should not expect to pass exams. I like the expression "Garbage in, garbage out."
Keep that into your mind.
