It is my hope that you are good and you continue fine with your fight for success and personal development. I am happy to be part of the people who are fighting with you if at all you are also a fighter may be as I am or more than me. Writing this today for me is part of my success and more if you read it. This came to my mind today morning as I was meditating of what make me not develop and succeed in my plans. I came to find out that optimistic ideas lacked in me sometimes.

Why being pessimistic ruins your success? When you come to look at what you say when something you have done seems to have failed. You might find you used to saying, "this is too bad!” this pessimistic expression might cost you, I know there are several words that are not good for a fighter like you these include; it is impossible, the result is going to be the same, this will not succeed, all the same, nothing new, and this is out of my power, tired of doing the same/ of the same results, to mention but a few!

When I was learning to play volleyball in my O-level school we used to encourage one another by the word “next time better” when one was trying to smash the ball and fails or misses the target. This actually encouraged one who was trying to do better, though it was also used by the opposite team as a taunt, but one conquered it and made a progress.

I am quite aware of what it means by appreciating what you have tried to do rather than staying idle. Today at my university stage when we were learning to draw a building(house), we were told to start with a bubble diagram this gives one the ideological plan of the building that one is going to draw. The bubble diagram in the plan activities makes you to critically know what you would like to have in your drawing. For instance, you want to draw a three bedrooms house one being a master bedroom, with a kitchen, public toilet, dinning and a living room, you need to have the theoretical idea that needs implementation then a bubble diagram to easy your work.

When drawing a bubble diagram you may come out with something that may be far away from what you have in mind but the first drawing is very helpful since this might bring you to the final plan. But when you say, “this is too bad” you will end up clashing the paper and commence a new idea or end up wasting your day in one plan that seem to fail, some even give up on the idea of drawing a house. But had you said, “it is not bad at all” you would have continued with your plan and made some corrections where it seems to have gone wrong, the same as you would have said “next time better”.

Keep yourself in the truck, the first idea that is developed will read one to great prosperity unless thrown away. “Utterance had power to change fear into a living truth” this means what you say/speak has power to lead you to the reality. Swahili people have a saying that goes like “maneno uumba” it is the translation of the saying bolded above. What I want to say is the word that you speak to yourself is what will come out of you. You better stick in what you believe that succeed, I know up to start trying doing what you had started you had a lot of options of ideas in your basket. So do not give it up continue kicking it until it brings you the results that you desire, it may unfortunately not cherish you but somebody else may fall in love with it.

I would like to ask you to see positive sides on your ideas and your friends’ ideas and develop them or help your friends to develop theirs. I also remind you there are people who are doers and others are thinkers and that might be you or your neighbor, friend, brothers or your sisters, and sometimes your parents. Just look around in your environment and see what was left unfinished and take courage and complete it, if it was a skeleton give it fresh and if it were a bubble diagram draw through and have the plan.
